MLM Downline Retention- The Holy Grail?

Retention. It is the key word in network marketing, a topic that could prospecting network marketing as an entrepreneur. It is the Holy Grail of network marketing. For most MLM distributors, that retention is hard. High dropout rates are discouraging. This is the simplest things in the world to start and easier to stop.

Maintaining your downline in network marketing has a significant impact on your income and your time. It is expensive, a new dealer or customer than to retain a sponsor. Nobody wants a society revolving door. But many have resigned themselves to the revolving door aspect of MLM. You’ve heard of “throwing mud on the wall and see what sticks”. This approach is a response to the revolving door – they have taken more quickly to build big.

Retention in your downline is five things:

1) Who are the people
2) The quality of the company / products / services / plan a model
Sign up 3) Your sponsorship process – based on hype and UPS fast, or are you looking for real business partner?
4) Your program teaches the system – it’s your team, how to avoid pitfalls? Is it to teach them how to screen candidates, while maintaining their self-esteem?
Is to teach them how to work with people? How their direct marketing?
5) Your leadership style

You can # 2 by changing companies. You can # 3 and # 4 be amended by analyzing your results and the necessary changes. You have control over # 5 by taking the work itself. You can do everything except for # 1 to identify with whom you work, and not by their words but by their actions. MLM is that many people who really want a business at home is unemployed. So you can not “type I-really-want-a job. There are people who do not have the stamina for this, regardless of the simple / easy as you do, and you can not keep, either. There are those who do if they feel like it, not when they do not. You have little control over. You can work with those who are willing to care, and they are ready, things to do. You can not recognize them by their actions.

I tried to do with therapy uncoachable motivated to work. I let go now. No, they are not “losers” as some call it. They have a different way, that’s all. And how my business is not for them. As soon as I see, the more fun is my biz, because I have not tried to turn frogs into princes. I let the frogs are frogs, if they wish.

I have things in place quickly for the most likely candidate, and a means of closure for those who want to get out. I agree with a strict order of my potential partners for her.

Remember, only 10% of the population to an agreement. 3% of the population are self-starters. You know who you are in detail. Not everyone, of money or lifestyle needs to do multilevel marketing. Conservation begins prospecting and sponsoring style.
